Tag Implication: Pikachu -> Pokémon

Reason: Pikachu is a Pokémon. Pikachu is a character of games/manga/anime/etc. of Pokémon. I'm sure it is also the most famous Pokémon: its tag alone amounts 1130 posts.

The search pikachu -pokemon returns nine results. Should an implication be made? Or not? If it is unnecessary, I can add the missing tag to these 9 posts myself.
