Post in same pool twice?

post #721136 shows up in pool #3032 twice. See page 8 and the image itself. If you check the pool frames at the top, it shows up as the next image in the series in both copies.

How did that happen?

This happens when you click on "Add to pool" and then spam the "Add" button very fast until the system is done adding the image.

You can simply remove and re-add the post to fix this problem.
