Image 2 is a punch, though. So, perhaps hitting_breasts...
I don't think it really matters that much, but if we had to go with naming I'd probably say for Daniel's listed 2 and 4 should be breast_hitting and cock_hitting.
It might be better though having a broader categorization for these, like breast_abuse and cock/penis_abuse. Could always use other tags like slap, punch, stomping, stepping, and kicking in conjunction with them.

There exists the cbt (cock and ball torture) tag, but I agree that breast abuse and penis abuse sound better.
