Because it's an inferior duplicate. Unless I'm missing something it looks exactly the same as post #2054373, but at much smaller resolution.
I thought this was cute and the art good. Help me understand what's wrong with it.

Ah the original is marked as questionable, that explains why I couldn't find it (I use safe mode). Thanks for the heads-up

These posts have around 20 favourites, I also think that the artworks were decent, good even.
I mainly have some questions about an artist nb_(pixiv594732) , I don't think the quality is an issue but they regularly go unapproved
I wanted to know if there is something wrong with the art or is it just not seen by the right approver

No need to post posts that aren't deleted yet, the second one is fine to post but not the first one, it's only been out for 2 days so it may still be approved. Also since they are self uploads they are unlikely do be approved.
