Hi, I have a feeling post #5436326 is going to be deleted probably because of my source. Would it be worth the effort if I used the Replacement feature to change the source to something more credible (although slightly lower resolution)? I think it would be frowned upon to post the same image again from a better source if the first attempt was deleted.
Two that I posted were not approved, but, as for one, resolution was short for average of danbooru clearly. I reflect on this among me and am a disgraceful thing.
Another reason is not identified. Probably I suppose that a tag is insufficient because there is not the source of the image. As an excuse, the Twitter account of the author becomes extinct two years before an estimate, and this is because it thought that there is not a meaning even if it attaches the link of the image.

There's a lot of strange anatomy and laziness in the details in both of them. Weak shading, stretched feet, confusing proportions. Idunn's feet and hands, the lack of shading in the Fae image's thighhighs. Things like that.

It's only been a day, you can't be certain of anything.
The question is:
Why would a more reputable source be lower resolution? Is it a scan? A paid reward? I'm not sure what the source site you used is because your source link is a direct image link. There's a reason we source to a tweet and not to the image file itself.

A source would be nice, yes. We're immediately suspicious of images with no source. I see in a comment you used the wayback machine. You can still link to a deleted tweet as a way to note the original source.
That aside, it's also a quality issue. Those two images, post #5431889 and post #5431895, simply aren't that great. They've both got odd linework and proportions.

I did not mind it about the quality in particular, but may think that I am reliable when I am said so. But I was able to learn severe quality examination of danbooru thanks to you. I will support you from now on from the shade.

It's a scan, so resolutions will vary. I used a direct link to the image file because I thought that was standard procedure. Pixiv posts and Twitter posts can have multiple images on them, so that made sense to me. I'm reading now that Twitter and Pixiv uploading procedures differ, so my mistake. In any case, the source I used for this post was a database that preserves images from Futaba Channel/2chan, a Japanese imageboard. It had the best version, so I went for it!

I tried uploading a comic recently, but couldn't upload the whole thing in one go due to upload limits. All but the cover page got deleted and also cut my upload slots down to 10 (from 15).

Looks like they're all samples. When you're uploading from e(x)hentai you have to click the link at the bottom that says "Download original ... x ... # MB source", right-clicking to save will give you samples.

Because we want the original, full-size images. We generate our own samples to display to users who want them, no need to sample twice. Rather than uploading the full size right now, you should post in topic #16765 and see if a mod will replace them. Then they might get undeleted instead of just being deleted forever with no chance of appeal (since the original would already be up).
As for avoiding them, most sites you can just paste a URL into the upload page and Danbooru will handle that for you. A full list of supported sites is here, under the "Supported sites" expand. For other sites, like e(x)hentai, it will generally vary based on the site. There is no real "one-size-fits-all" method. You can often tell e(x)hentai samples because they're 1280x resolution. If you need advice for a specific site, you can ask on the forums or on Discord before uploading just to be sure.

Tags are generally not the reason for something to get deleted. It is extremely rare for an image to get deleted purely because of minor glitches in tagging, sourcing, etc. Quality is first and most important factor.

You, unfortunately, got 1upped. The twitter version has a noticeably lower filesize and visibly compressed compared to the pixiv version. Someone uploaded the pixiv version an hour after you uploaded the twitter version, making it look like you uploaded a lower quality version.
It's unfortunate that this happens, but there are things in the works to reduce the impact of such things.

It means that if you're going to upload your own work to a website specifically dedicated to cataloging, retaining, and judging high-quality anime art that is historically known for being tough in the queue, you better be uploading your absolute best work.
Danbooru is not DeviantArt, Twitter, or Pixiv. If you're going to post your own work, keep in mind that only about 20% of self uploads pass muster. The reasons for this are described in help:upload. Take a dip into self_upload status:deleted and you'll understand our stance better.
