But the four remaining images it's being used for a character from galaxy_angel.

A new noa tag with a qualifier is needed to separate the cosplayer from the anime character.

Why do we need a tag for the cosplayer?

Noa is too short anyway. Moved to Noa_(Galaxy_Angel).
