I really don't like the length of that tag.
hand_to_face/hand_to_cheek would be better IMHO

That has little to do with this thread, but I think the tag lengths are warranted since there is a need to differentiate between hand_on_own_face and hand_on_another's_face, as well as hand_on_own_cheek and hand_on_another's_cheek. Those four tags have existed for some time already; I'm not suggesting any new tags, just an implication between existing ones.
