oppai_loli was just populated 9 hours ago by sbb.
Since he is a member, he cannot see any loli images, so none of the images tagged oppai_loli actually depict loli/child chraracters with large breasts.
Actually, do we even want to use such a tag? And if yes, it would need to implicate loli and perhaps breasts.
It seems redundant to me.
(And if it is also used for safe images, it shouldn't have "loli" in it's name)
So would be hair/eye color combinations, but I'll not be one to push for it. Sure, it'd be nice to search just purple_hair_brown_eyes instead of purple_hair brown_eyes 1girl solo just to get reliably anything, but... The only reason I could see for this is if quantifiably large breasts disqualify a character as "loli". If that's the case, maybe something like busty_petite. But, then, what about developed wide hips on an otherwise child-like frame? </winded killjoy>
It would probably make more sense to use English (child_with_breasts or something similar) instead of pailoli or whatever. Whenever possible, tags should be self-explanatory.
I don't really like the idea of this tag. Almost all images currently tagged with oppai_loli and pailoli do not qualify for loli/child or petite tags, this seems to be a rather subjective thing.
But if we end up accepting it, then I would vote for a busty_petite.
Why don't we create a tag for lolis that have pink hair? "Pink_loli"? And maybe one for those that have purple eyes? "Purple_eyes_loli"? Then we can combine it and get "purple_eyes_pink_loli". What do you guys think? Isn't it an awesome idea? Just as awesome as the tag suggestion of the op.
I'd support the child_with_breasts or busty_petite naming if this goes through.
This is actually a character type, though I can only currently think of two characters that are actually of this type and the tag I think would only apply to a only few of the images for them. Usa Mimi from Kodomo no Jikan and Ikaruga Kagome from Asu no Yoichi. Both characters are elementary students and both characters have well developed breasts (though Kagome uses a sarashi that magically keeps them hidden and Mimi has I think more adult-ish proportions).
From what I've seen in the queue sorimura_youji and meow_(rustle) draw plenty that could fit under the tag.

However, being that the loli tag is appearance based and not based on the character's actual age, according to the tag's wiki, the two characters mentioned should not even get the loli tag in the first place.
If such a tag would be placed on them, it would be best to use something like busty_petite as it would at least be describing their build/size and not be age dependent, be it either actual age or appearance.

One, I agree with changing the name of the tag, particularly to remove the term "loli" from it. Two, I know the concept is visually based, which is why I stated that the tag would not really apply to most of the images for the characters I listed. I'm merely pointing out that there are actually even named characters in series that have both commercial manga and anime releases, so this isn't just some out of the blue character type that only exists in random sketches and drawings.
