Ugh, I hope this doesn't cause any confusions and complications, because the thing pending on the alias table is orc -> ork (which is what your link directs to) and not your reversal you've edited in.
I've been playing videogames for 30 years and tabletop RPGs for 18 or so and I can honestly say I don't think I've ever encountered an "ork". Is this like how people take the faerie spelling into stupid territory with something like fayeariey?
