The puru-see tag

I don't think the puru-see tag is very useful, because hoshizuki_(seigetsu) is the only artist that has drawn her in here. So, you can just search for him and mizuhashi_parsee, and it'll be puru-see for each but less than ten pictures.

It was a pool previously and this was the compromise.
