Also, she was a serious threat when she first appeared but then her life grew progressively goofier, she's a fan favorite, and she was possessed by Starscream once.

(I'm not entirely confident that that last one actually happened, but Starscream seems to possess everyone sooner or later so I feel good about saying it.)
