Patchouli-sama says......it's "the illumination from electric lights reflecting off the clouds."It's because at one point or another, a large town was constructed beyond those mountains...Even though it's a moonless night...Tch!...it's annoyingly bright.Things like vampires, they're being seen as nothing more than the villains who kidnap princesses in fairy tales..... People out there no longer fear the night.It makes me sick!
