My "power to manipulate time" can cause time to flow many times slower than usual...But, right now, what I want is a single-directional "power to turn back time", "power to redo things",
"power to bring that person back to her health".And that is her.But, due to that, her consciousness has not passed even a single day from the day she collapsed.Even though I have been watching, yearning and waiting for 300 years...... So what does that have to do with making Human your successor?It is that she was in a cold-sleep like state...At the end, I used my time-manipulation power to make the time around her flow as slowly as possible, and curbed the spread of disease.... I said that she has "the power to manipulate time".
It is still in the budding stage, but it is possible that one day her power will surpass mine.... In other words, the reason 300 years had passed on land when Urashima Tarou returned from the Dragon Palace is not that the flow of time between the Dragon Palace and land is different...Everybody suggested to quarantine her, or even... to dispose of her.
... Of course, I wouldn't do it.... or make it maximally fast...But that is still only manipulation in the + direction.
