Since she IS Oktavia, necessarily... Either that or Oktavia's blade struck Sayaka symbolically in the same places Sayaka struck Oktavia.

Just did it for ya; you have to find the image in the pool index and click on it while in "Delete mode" (look under the pool description). Be careful not to fatfinger it and click on something you don"t want to remove, though!
