What's up with all the torture/imprisonment pictures for Rebellion? If they're promotional in nature, I can't say I'm all that pleased since most of the Rebellion cast sucks as is.

It's because the theme of the most recent Queen's Blade Rebellion artbook is "vanquished queens". It depicts the bitoushi having been defeated in battle, hence many imprisonment pictures recently.
