They were a part of this mini-event featuring the micronations called It's a Treasure Box of Countries that started somewhere the 22nd or 23rd I believe. Molossia made his appearance somewhere on the 23rd or 24th, I think.

Thanks a lot, I have been looking for them but it looks like I didn't looked enough (its my idea or they didn't even appear in the hetalia livejournal...?).

During the event, people did post scanlations for the comics in the comments, but for some reason the OP just didn't add them to the original post.
