Wow, I had no idea this was Gaki related. I wish more of their stuff was translated, especially since they were forced to retire the "No Laughing" series because of the "anti slapstick law.

I can't find the name of the law but the short explanation is that some moral busybodies decided that physical tsukkomi actions like the harisen fan slap or Hamada's slap is "harmful" because children might imitate it. Basically "ThInK oF tHe cHiLdReN~".
