I'm glad S-syogo will be working with Maeribel and Renko because I recently started liking them a lot. Oh wait, that was thanks to S-syogo as well. Maeribel and Renko are very interesting characters to make a story out of indeed. I look forward to seeing his doujinshi eventually.
I don't know whether he meant he just won't post images anymore, or whether he'll disappear from Twitter entirely. I'm hoping against hope that it's not going to be the latter.
Oh, my. S-syogo's Renko & Maribel are made of love~

I'm hoping he'll continue to contribute, but what really happened?

He simply won't be making any more illustrations like this one for the time being, because he's now going to work on doujinshi. He posted a preview of a page of his doujinshi on Pixiv today, in fact. It seems he'll post the doujinshi on Pixiv in January.

Of course. Haha, I've been actively following his tweets and even exchanging tweets sometimes, so I know it's not a complete farewell. I meant "whether he'll disappear from Twitter entirely until he finishes his work" because I wanted to remain in contact with him via Twitter.
I'll have to correct myself a bit up there: I thought these sets of images were related to his first doujinshi because of how much post #1050894 looked like a cover page, but turns out it's about Marisa and Alice. He's been disclosing some of his WIP pages, and they're coming out pretty neat. Much better than I feared he might have difficulties shifting from colorful illustrations to black-and-white comics.
