The right 4 koma I think is about Kanako having to finish a mountain of noodles because they have too much. Sanae turns the noodles to meat but the meat still tastes like noodles.

The left one I think is about Suwako suggesting that they add spices into the noodles to make it edible. Until they find out that Sanae had leftover curry from last night.

I tried my best to understand what little i could.
