She probably had it, but it doesn't get displayed as usual in the statblock. Apocrypha focuses more on the Servants' unique skills.
Although commonly mistaken, Atalanta isn't the one Orion loved. Orion loved the goddess Artemis, and together they almost made the whole world extinct of beasts (by Homer). Atalanta on the other hand was tricked into marriage by Melanion, who both turned into lions as punishment.
