The individual possessing the "Heart" lives for a month, the others for a week.
However, as long as the "Heart" receives continuous nourishment, it can spawn more individuals perpetually.
They leave journals so that the new individuals can inherit the memories of the previous ones, but old memories are gradually forgotten, so the reasons why their kingdom fell or why they sit on the throne not known to them.
The "Heart" reflects all damage dealt to it.
