In Battle Coliseum he is Mr. Karate II [and in Fatal Fury Wild Ambition], but he never actually wears the Tengu mask in Canon. He wore for his Mr. Karate II persona in the Maximum Impact series, but that's no longer canon. It doesn't make sense for Ryo wear it since when Takuma wore he was trying to hide his true Identity while he was forced to work for Geese.
