I believe this deserves to be added to the "badass" pool.

I've got no bias here cause I like them both, but I can't see Vergil definitively beating Wolverine. Whether or no his claws can break Yamato or not is irrelevant, Wolverine constantly heals. It would be an awesome fight, no doubt.

But Vergil can constantly heal during Devil Trigger, and getting a massive boost of power from it too.
Wolverine can be a wild beast to face, but Vergil is a more refined and focused fighter... And he defeated Wolverine using the Muramasa sword in his ending in UMvC3, which negates Wolve's healing abilities.
