LOL... Dude... That's what doctors do when they do a Prostate examination. Just use some lube and gloves... problem solved.

And if prostate examinations were intensely pleasurable or even comfortable or at least not bloody, I wouldn't be as scared of going to the doctor as I am.

I think it's better not to make a pool out of it as some conversations tend to be too subjective, like the deleted 'Comment Win' pool.

Google and you'll find stories of guys who got erections and even ejaculated during prostate exams.
