    Wouldn't it make more sense in plural? 'Ritter' could be both, singular or plural, but 'Drachen' is clearly plural.

    "Ritter" is both singular and plural.
    In german it would be "Der Ritter" for singular and "Die Ritter" for plural.

    No, actually.
    Der Drachen = Kite
    Der Drache = Dragon
    Die Drachen = Dragons / Kites

    In this case I'd definetly translate it as "Knights and Dragons".
