(I'm not sure if Scott and Jean are still married in the current Marvel comics but I do know that Tony and Emma were married once iirc during a time when racism against Mutants was high and Tony was the one who gave the idea so Emma will have protection as the wife of Tony Stark (and one of the founders of the Avengers) which Emma agree since it also means she gets to meet and form alliance with the rich elites.
