It's just a reference to the Maniax and Chronicles rereleases of SMT III: Nocturne in Japan. The former got Dante as an optional character, the latter got Raidou.

The What Do You Mean, It's Not Awesome? pool is for people doing mundane, average thing with a comical amount of flair, drama and all around silliness. Badass tricycle racing, eating burgers like as if the fate of the world depended on it and so on. This is silly, but doesn't belong there.
