Well, if you pack the same mass into a smaller frame, it projects more force per square inch.. like per punch.

It's probably the square-cube law.

I never thought Patchy was such a min-maxer...

so i assume that normal meiling won after going all out due chibi meiling having less health then her and normal meiling is able to deal 20 damage with each hit
