Keine's reaction to Rinnosuke makes more sense if you think that she and Rinnosuke did "it" a month or two prior.

The joke here is that Rinnosuke believed he got Udonge and Mokou pregnant, and Keine got it from someone else.

I dunno, second panel for Mokou, looks like he's laughing at Mokou, more of a "lololol no way, can't believe someone got you pregnant lololol"
