she's not refering to the Dark magician, in this case i'm sure she's talking to the duelist, her master.
It's been a while since I watch ygo but I'm sure DMG only use おししょーさま to Dark Magician not the duelist/yugi (or maybe my memory wrong?), also shishou/ししょう/師匠 is used to refer to a teacher and dark magician is DMG teacher
