It's feral, which is pretty much furry if not worse. All the stuff in the artist's gallery on Pixiv are all suggestive furfag shit and this guy just submitted another one of those things here.

I always though non-anthro was somewhat accepted, and vore is not one of the restrictions. There's no reason to use that kind of language...

And if you don't like it, you can flag this pos for deletion, or use the blackmail option.

I would flag it for the bad art alone. Pokemon is allowed on Danbooru though pokemon on pokemon sex would probably not get in.
