Cupping marks. It's kind of those unproven eastern medicine things where you put burning paper/oil on your skin and then put a glass cup above it, so as it burns the oxygen inside the cup will gets consumed and the glass will produce sucking action against your skin. Said to be good for increasing bloodflow (there's an alternate version of the treatment where you prick the skin beforehand so blood will also be sucked out) among other things.
Suction marks from cupping therapy, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cupping_therapy a pseudoscientific therapeutic practice often used in conjunction with acupuncture and massage in East Asian traditional medical practice (though not exclusive to East Asia). You basically use a heated cup to create a strong suction effect on the skin to pull blood there, which is thought to direct chi or other vital energies to afflicted areas or promote their optimal flow through the body.
