  • ずぼら飯「ソーセージご飯2」

    ■材料 【1人分】
    ご飯 :200g
    ソーセージ:4本
    卵黄 :1個
    ■調味料
    焼肉のタレ:大さじ2
    バター :5g
    黒胡椒 :適量

    ■作り方
    ①ソーセージ4本を5等分くらいに切る

    ②フライパンにバターを入れソーセージを炒める
    焼肉のタレを入れてからめる

    ③器にご飯を盛りソーセージをのせ、卵黄を落とし
    黒胡椒を振って完成!
