They don' have parachutes or even angel wings
Its going to be REALLY messy, there 's going to be a lot of property damage and a lot of fatalities both for the girls from the sky and the people they unwittingly land on. Various mangled body parts will be everywhere and the streets will literally get a blood paint job
There will be massive traffic accidents as they fall onto windshields of moving cars becoming red messes instantly, obscuring the drivers vision if not killing them outright, making them crash into other cars who are probably in similar situations as they drive over whats left of the girls
Basically this is going to be a giant horrific disaster and a dark day in history that will haunt the town for all eternity

You should factor in the fact that these girls are sitting on the cloud,which would imply some amount of supernatural power enough to more or less survive the fall.
Physics quite plainly do not apply to these ladies as they would to you and I. I mean, they're sitting on collected masses of water vapor as if said clouds were solid objects. That doesn't sound like rigid adherence to gravity to me.
