Please explain to me how it's a parody of Guilty Crown and rather than Utena? Utena has been around a lot longer, and it features a female character dressed in men's clothing, pulling a glowing sword from a girl clothed in a long flowing dress in just about every single episode.
Because of the fact that the pixiv post itself doesn't contain any mention of GC, I'm going to remove the GC tag for the fact that it being an Utena parody is more likely (though not even that is necessarily right either).
