The sixth Misty’s costume appears to be identical to the one in Pokémon LGPE, but I’ve left it under Pokémon Masters as the artist described that.
The Masters design is the LGPE design so I'll change it to that. I'm going to assume the artist just never played LGPE and is therefore not very familiar
