The fighter appears to be a MiG-25, evidenced by the roundels and fin flash. Though not exact they are similar to the Syrian Air Force, which used to operate the MiG-25. The only aircraft which looks similar to the MiG-25 is the MiG-31, which Syria has never operated. The bomber is dead to rights an XB-70.
