This guy is a rabid animal who deserved to be put down but the Narrative manga at least explains why he's a rabid animal and, honestly, dude had it rough. It does not justify what he did but all that anger and madness came from somewhere, they aren't just the result of sloppy Cyber Newtype enhancements.
