To turn this into a slightly less confrontational direction...
There were complaints among TES fans in general about the way that child models were handled - specifically, that it was directly imported straight from Fallout 3, and there was only one of them, which served for males and females of every race. (Plus no merish/khajit/argonian children allowed... but there were only like 8 khajit total, so that's not much of a surprise.)
Unlike adults, which had that face-shaping feature so that every person looked slightly different, every single child had the exact same face (and only a small handful of hair styles).
So, basically, there are a lot of people who looked forward to mods that changed children around.
As for why this one person wanted a "sexy" one... well, I guess partly, anything with vampires nowadays is going to attract someone who wants them "sexy", and... well, have you seen how much Remilia or Flandre porn there is on Danbooru?

That's why I think SDM and "moe" vampires are overrated.
