she did have an attack pattern in Lotus Land Story that involved her creating a double of herself and firing two huge lasers. so technically yes on the first count, no on the second.

I've loosened up the translation a tiny bit to try and bring out Cirno's adorably rough accent. No meaning was lost. Oh, and a little bit of the same to make Yuuka properly derisive.

...Oh snap, I didn't even think about the possibility of her using her PC-98 repertoire. She may have only had 3 spell cards, but that doesn't mean she only has 3 spells. That kind of loophole sounds just up her alley... if that's where this is heading, Potato Pot just got even more clever in my eyes.

I don't know, they made a big deal about Yuuka registering Master Spark as a spell card. I do think a double spark is incoming, but I suspect it'll count as her third and final spell card.

Or if it doesn't, I hope Cirno goes off the rails and starts pulling out her other spell cards. What if she beat Yuuka, but loses the fight on the dq? Then Reimu is right about those girls *and* loses her bet.
