I don't see why an reknowned artist suddenly doing H means that he has somehow been corrupted or got greedy. At this point H doujins (ESPECIALLY Touhou) are already half art-appreciation and half fap material, Pixiv artists who normally do non-h actually use Touhou as a first attempt at H since it's sort of an ''acceptable gateway''. Regarding the futa, Touhou generally voids whatever dislike for futa due to the preference of avoiding faceless men to attack the purity of the girl, Imizu most certainly aimed at this being his first H-work and all.

I don't think H content is generally regarded as ''canon'' in the universe of most artists that do non-H works. Let alone actual relationships.
Hmm, I'm always expecting the next page to be full of explosions or awesome action when I see Imizu's art so this is not really, ummm, 'recreational' reading material for me.
Also, for once, Imizu's awesome art abilities are working against his intent in my opinion, I spent half the sample just looking at either the awesome details on Satori's teeth, which intimidates me, and the other at the details on the penis, which is personally not a turn on.
It's amazing detail that surpases almost every other artist I've seen, but the level of detail is just not suitable for a H-doujin, it doesn't leave enough to the imagination.

Touhou futa is just better than faceless men in every way. Its the best porn when it comes to touhou. Also IMO it has nothing to do with keeping purity or whatever. Faceless men are just plain bad and distasteful.

Imizu has been doing H-doujins for years. This is far from his first, just the first to be uploaded on danbooru. I have, though it could be a rumour, heard that he actually draw H for a living and draw Touhou doujins in his free time, because he love it.

he must be doing H manga under a different name or doujinmugi's really lagging (this has yet to be added to it and I only found two collections that are 18+ everything else is clean if possibly with some fanservice); this appears to be his first stand alone doujin.
Although good god is Imizu way too good of an artist. While I'm not a futa fan by any stretch, this pretty much blows the hell out of even good/great h-doujin I've seen before.

Then he must have done so under a different pen name because his profile record on all of his sites shows him clean.
I was also of course referring to the reaction when Imizu first revealed the cover and sample pages a few weeks ago, such reaction was in Danbooru and other places.
Imizu an amazing artist, but god damn, he is NOT good at porn. The art style suits porn like a hole in the head; I'm fine with futa, but this wasn't even remotely fappable.
