I am assumming you mean Eureka? I ruled out C.C. since she is the main pilot of Gawain and does have her own knightmare frame. However, Eureka pilots the Mark-0 in the first arc of the story, she should be considered as a main pilot.

The "coolest man of this picture" title has to be given to Ryouma. Standing afar but still looks badass nevertheless.

Well, yes, she is a sub pilot in this game although she pilots TypeZero in the previous Z for roughly half the game

That definition of main pilot is kinda iffy. The moment in every single Super Robot game, a male and a female pilot is putted into a same machine, the male pilot will then be referred by fan as the "main pilot" even though practically both pilots is euqually important. Consider the story of Eureka, I will still consider Eureka as "one of the" main pilots and used to be the "only pilot" of the Mark-0.
