I think it's more along the line of the common Fan pairings between Konata and Kagami, rather than just Kagami and Tsukasa being twins...

What's sad is that I got the joke without reading the other posts and yet I've never seen a single episode of this show. must be an extreme otaku T_T

Yes, there's no real story or drama, but there's plenty of interesting characters and character development. The show makes references to multiple anime and video games, it's adorable and funny. No reason not to watch it.
