This is a pretty good example of where foreshortening should have been used, but wasn't. Chen's upper right arm is obviously aiming slightly towards us, but her right hand is no larger than her left hand. That being the only real mistake... I don't think it's enough to call the proportions "bad", but it is enough to point out that the proportions aren't good either.
