The subtext is that of the new game, so maybe it encompasses more than just the new couple, and goes more indepth into the lives of the other girls? That'd be cool. Or it could just be a promotional image to get people hyped (which I believe worked extremely well in this case). Either way, I'd like to know how this happened as well.
This image is reminiscent of the Comiket 81 extra volume, in which Mai and Reo encounter Shizuku and Eris at a public bath house during the events of ぬくもりに包まれて (post #1043114). Here, Reo is trying to incant a spell to reduce the size of Eris' breasts after Eris offhandedly pointed out how small Reo's are.
