Depends on the framerate... 60 fps is pretty typical, so 60/3 = 20 times per second.

or 50 miliseconds... (0.05 seconds)

The morden computers can be quite strong a know.

Might still be capped to 60 by the game, it varies.

So, Reimu uses lasers now? (Laser gives one graze point per 3 frames, at least in SA.)
