Ah, but this is the FAMAS G2 I beleive, which does not appear in BF3.

Actually, it does, enlarged trigger guard and all. The handguard looks strange though, different from its real-life counterpart.

Now that I've taken a second look at this image, the medkit resembles the one used in Bad Company 2...

Yeah, upon further research the BF3 version is the FAMAS G2 FELIN, which is still prototyping.
