Truth! Very good for stamina, very bad for weight loss...
Obviously Yuyu-sama is one of those people that doesn't know that much about exercise.

Time to get in some exercise, Kogasa-san. Just make sure to resist the temptation to eat a lot that Yuyuko-sama will more than likely attempt to present later. If you gain any more weight, Sanae-san is going to hurt you (I don't think anyone would want to hurt Yuyuko-sama). Hopefully Yuyuko-sama will realize that stair aren't all that great for weight loss.

For the poll, human cannonball sounds like fun, but after getting a little laugh out of the Airport Batsu Game episode of Gaki no Tsukai from Matsumoto having to be carried up the stair, due to an injury, I want to choose someone carrying Kogasa-san.
