I had the same feeling, but the artist didn't mention anything if this image does parody the series. So, I didn't tagged Kami-sama no Memochou, just to be sure.

Which I find odd, since Kaguya's clothing is almost exactly the same as what I'm seeing on the Alice/Shionji Yuuko figure right in front of me.

It's posted on twitpic, not pixiv. It's not strange for artists to not comment anything on a twitpic's post.
