I translated Madoka's line in panel 3 as "not having any 3D effects", but the line more literally says "the movie doesn't jump out" or "the movie doesn't pop out". If anyone has a better sounding translation than mine, feel free to replace it.

I think it may be a play on how Mami uses old-fashioned muskets in her attacks (70's era red/blue 3D glasses) whereas Homura uses modern firearms and explosives (modern polarized lens 3D glasses).

Given how fast tech moves these days, that's ancient... I remember cyan-red anaglyph movies from the nineties, then there was a big slump until Avatar started the whole thing up again with stereoscopy delivered by polarized glasses, and suddenly EVERYTHING was 3D, including computer screens with stereoscopy via LCD shutter glasses.
*excited*Yeah, okay!Homuuu...Eh...I got these tickets in advance, so won't you go to the movie?Homura-chan, this movie doesn't have any 3D effects.*ba-dmp ba-dmp*
